Retrievable Packers

The hydraulic set hydrostatic assisted retrievable packer. It does not require any mechanical manipulation of the production to be set, making it optimal for situations where mechanical manipulation is not feasible. The Packer is run to the desired depth and a predetermine pressure is applied to the packer which shears the shear pins and sets the Packer. The A-HRP1 features hold down buttons, which resist pressure from below and prevent the Packer from moving up. The Packer can be retrieved by straight pull or optional rotational release.
