Apex Spectral has unique proprietary technology referred to as ADF(R) that images KH from seismic data without use of well data. By measuring KH from seismic, higher flow rates can be achieved by spotting productive wells in high KH locations and dry holes due to tight reservoir can be avoided.

One is an over 100 MBO USA domestic portfolio of conventional prospects and another is a 400 MBO plus investment opportunity in Kazakhstan.
